APEX is committed to provide the user (Location Representative) to provide After Delivery Support (ADS) on phone or remote access and by internet for the period of 180 days (6 month) from the date of implementation of the GEM9 Product for any issues related to the product. The cost of this support is already included in the product cost.
After ADS period is over, Client can opt for Customisation Assurance Service (CAS) for further support to the GEM9 Product related issues.
GEM9 provide its support on phone or remote access and by internet for any issues related to the product. The support desk is available online from 10 am to 6 pm IST on Business working days.
